We use your information to operate the platform: matching candidates with relevant jobs, allowing employers to search and contact candidates (with appropriate access), processing payments, sending account-related and job-match notifications, and improving our services.
Your contact details and resume are not visible to employers by default. An employer must use a CV Access credit to unlock your full contact information — until then, only your general profile (skills, experience, location) is visible in search.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with payment processors (for billing) and communication providers (for email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications) solely to deliver our services.
We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing, secure sessions, and access controls — to protect your data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
You can update or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings. Candidates can unsubscribe from weekly job-matching emails from their Settings page.
We use cookies and session storage to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
